I am a coach, caregiver advocate and consultant, wife, mom of four children.

I am a Life Coach specializing in family and professional caregivers, the elderly, patients, survivors and those facing crisis and the end of life.

For the past several years I have worked in a long term care facility as a Social Services Director providing family and professional caregivers, patients and others with supportive counseling, palliative education, problem-solving and interpersonal therapy. As I desire to have freedom to help others, I have founded RevitaLife Coaching & Consulting, LLC. I am committed to reaching out and helping as many people as possible to improve the quality of their life for themselves and for others.

My current project, Caregiver & Aging Awareness Campaign directs all caregivers and the aging to resourcesto complete their life planning.

I am dedicated to life long learning and will always devote time to my personal growth (mentally, emotionally and spiritually) and to that of family, friends, associates and you.
